RED WINE 2007 RESERVA


Red table wine made from 30 years old vines grown in Schistous soil. Maturity is achieved by an eight months rest in french oak barrels.



Tasting Notes

Color: deep blood red with narrow garnet rim.

Nose: medium to high intensity, notes of blackberry also a hint of minerals.

Palate: full bodied. Powerful high intensity tannins,showing throughout the tasting.

Finish: complex and persistent finish.

15% Traditionally planted low yield vineyards


Ageing

8 months in French oak barrels with the capacity of 250 lts

10 YEARS OLD PORT


From 40 years old vines grown on schistous soils this signature Port is a blend of our best tawny Port reserves, with an average age of 10 years.


Tasting Notes

Color: Rich amber

Nose: Medium intensity with notes of dried fruits, caramelized orange peel and slightly balsamic.

Palate: Medium to full body, crisp acidity with hints of dried apricots and figs. Long finish and spicy in character.

10 years in seasoned oak barrels

EXTRA DRY WHITE PORT


A blend of our best white Port reserves with an average age of 5 years.


Tasting Notes

Color: Bright golden yellow.

Nose: Medium intensity, notes of white flowers with hints of ripe quince and white raisins.

Palate: Full medium sweet ,with a medium and refreshing acidity. Notes of almonds.

VINTAGE PORT 2007


Bottled after two years maturation in seasoned oak casks.


Tasting notes

Colour : Almost opaque garnet centre,short violet rim

Nose: Abundante red fruit,very aromatic.

Palate: Full bodied with firm tannins,very well integrated with the fruit, balanced with plenty of elegance.

Finish: Very complex and long finish
